To prepare the rental agreement, we generally require the lead guest's personal details, residential address, and a copy of their passport or ID document.
A deposit of approximately 20–30% is generally required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is usually due 30 days before arrival, depending on the property's terms and conditions.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the property and the rental agreement. All applicable conditions are clearly communicated before the booking is confirmed.
A ski-in/ski-out property allows you to reach and leave the chalet directly on skis. Close to the slopes means the property is located near the ski runs, which may be reached on foot or via a short transfer.
Yes. Properties are carefully selected and offer appropriate security measures. Depending on the chalet, these may include a reception, security staff, alarm systems, external CCTV, or dedicated on-site personnel.
High season generally includes Christmas and New Year, the February school holidays, and the most sought-after weeks of the ski season. During these periods, rates and availability can vary significantly.
Rates are usually more attractive at the beginning and end of the season, or during weeks outside the main holiday periods. We can help you identify the dates offering the best balance of availability, conditions, and value.
Airport transfers are not always included, but we can arrange private transfers to and from the airport according to your arrival and departure schedule.
Yes. We can organise a private driver or chauffeur service for the entire duration of your stay, tailored to your itinerary and daily requirements.
Yes. We can arrange your ski passes before your arrival, provided we receive all the necessary guest information and documents in advance. The same applies to ski equipment rental. Before your arrival, we will need each skier's height, weight, skiing level and shoe size. Based on this information, suitable equipment options can be prepared in advance. Upon arrival, you will be offered different options so that the equipment can be properly fitted and selected according to your individual needs and preferences.
Yes. We can organise qualified private ski instructors selected according to your level, preferences and specific needs.
Yes. We can assist with a full range of concierge services, including restaurant reservations, activities and personalised arrangements throughout your stay.
We can arrange everything your baby may need during the stay, including suitable equipment and additional services at the chalet, subject to availability.
The earlier, the better, especially during peak season. The most exclusive and sought-after chalets are often booked several months in advance.
